Duties, Taxes & Customs
For the vast majority of orders delivering to major destinations across North America and the European Union, packages clear customs smoothly. However, any localized import duties, customs clearance fees, or regional taxes levied upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a completely accurate and secure delivery address at checkout. Chop Helmets is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to missing apartment numbers, incorrect zip codes, or if the package is unclaimed at your local postal service hub.
